Christian Women Navigating Midlife with Purpose and Grace.
"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms."
- 1 Peter 4:10 (NIV)
Oh Wondrous Grace is a weekly printable Christian magazine. Our goal is to encourage women in midlife to use the gifts they have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace (based on 1 Peter 4:10). We strive to help women stop worrying if it's too late, and instead get excited about living their best Christian life from a more mature, wise and experienced place.
Oh Wondrous Grace has a conservative, elegant and thought-provoking feel. It’s not filled with flashy ads. Instead, it's a collectible literary journal filled with essays, short stories, poems and artwork to be treasured for years to come.
Issues include essays on Christian living, recipes, business and finances after age 45 and eldercare for caregivers. Plus interviews, weekly devotions and a prayer journal to help lead you closer to God and the path he has chosen for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the purpose of this magazine?
Oh Wondrous Grace Weekly is a Christian women's magazine. Our goal is to encourage women in midlife to use the gifts they have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace (based on 1 Peter 4:10). We hope to help women stop worrying if it’s too late, and instead get excited about living their best Christian life from a more mature, wise and experienced place.
What sets your magazine apart?
Oh Wondrous Grace has a conservative, elegant and thought-provoking feel. It’s not filled with flashy ads. Instead, it’s a collectible literary journal filled with essays, short stories, poems and artwork to be treasured for years to come.
What sets each issue apart?
We base our issues on themes and Bible stories rather than current events. This allows our issues to be timeless and not just “browsing” magazines. We hope that you will revisit each issue for years to come. Each week, on Sunday afternoon (four weeks per month), we will be sending you a 10 or more page installment of the issue in a PDF link to your inbox. The themes will change bi-monthly, which means you’ll get eight weeks per issue of inspiring and meaningful content in which you can view online, or print out at home.
How do you choose your writers?
Our writers are from all over the United States, plus one from South Africa. We put out a call for writers and God brought us an amazing team of women. We work closely with the writers to discuss topics and Bible stories that fit well with the issue themes. Each of our writers spend much time in prayer over the content, allowing God to guide their words in careful consideration.
What is the Founder’s hope for this magazine and its readers?
Claire’s hope is that it inspires each woman to embrace her age and have confidence that there is still time to begin again or continue on in the plan that God has for her. For more on Ms. Kerrigan's experience, please listen to her welcome letter from issue 1.
How did you decide on the name “Oh Wondrous Grace?”
After much prayer, the name was revealed. The favor that God gave us by sending his son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross to secure our eternal salvation is the foundation of our beliefs. How can one not delight in such a wondrous act as God’s grace? “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9).
What does my money go towards when I order magazines?
We are proud to do things differently and one way is to offer an ad-free magazine so that our readers can fully enjoy the content and stay focused on God’s word from cover-to-cover. We are also one of the few magazines in this category that pays its writers (and artists and photographers), so the money received helps to support families around the world in each issue. We also donate 10% of all orders (off the top) to organizations that further Christian education and help support families such as the Food Bank. The oganization that we've chosen for 2021 is Little Sisters of the Poor who serve the elderly poor in over 30 countries worldwide.
What if I’m not in midlife, will the magazine still apply to me?
Because we base our essays on scripture and Bible stories, our magazine can truly apply to all people (including men!) of all ages. Some articles will relate more to women that are in later years. These might include retirement finances, starting a career later in life, or the joys of grandchildren, however, there will still be much wisdom that can be taken from these essays and used in many life situations and seasons.
What denomination is this magazine? What if I’m not that denomination or if I’m not a practicing Christian?
Our roots come from an Evangelical Presbyterian background. We base our content on Bible stories and scripture, and this will continue to be the magazine’s foundation. Our goal is not to judge, but to glorify God’s words and teachings. This magazine is for all, including those that are curious about who God is and how one can establish a meaningful relationship with our Lord and Saviour.
What can we expect from future issues?
We have much exciting content already planned for next year with inspirational interviews, essays and art. If you have ideas for future issues, please contact us at email@example.com.
